IndoWaris is owned and operated by PT Indo Smart Media. By creating an account or using IndoWaris you agree to the following terms.
1. Service
IndoWaris provides family tree tools, inheritance simulations under Indonesia's Compilation of Islamic Law, and document generation (SVG, PNG, PDF, PPTX). All services are currently free; we may introduce fees for specific services with prior notice.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- One person, one account; accounts are not transferable.
- We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or endanger system security.
3. Data you enter
You are responsible for the accuracy of family data and for being entitled to process it. Results depend heavily on complete data, especially dates of death.
4. Not legal advice
IndoWaris results are simulations and do not replace a Religious Court ruling, a notarial deed or an advocate's advice. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of platform results.
4a. AI features (IndoWarisVA & document reading)
IndoWarisVA answers and document readings are AI-generated and may be wrong. Inheritance shares are always computed by the IndoWaris calculation engine, not by the AI. Review every extracted item before approving it.
5. Payments
When paid services are enabled, payments are processed by Xendit. Prices are shown before payment. Successfully downloaded digital services are non-refundable unless caused by a system error.
6. Prohibited use
- Using the platform for unlawful purposes or to forge documents.
- Attempting to access other users' data, breach security or overload the system.
7. Intellectual property
The IndoWaris brand, logo and software are protected. Documents you generate from your own data belong to you.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent court.
